Questions

How does the deposit work?

You pay a $150 deposit when you book. It is refunded after the trailer comes back. Anything owed under the rental agreement, such as damage or late fees, can be taken from it first.

What do I need to upload?

Photos of the front and back of your driver's license, and your vehicle insurance card. You will also enter your insurance company, their phone number and your policy number.

Why do you keep my card on file?

Your card is kept on file with Square from the time you book until the trailer is returned and checked in and anything owed is paid. Beyond your rental, it may be charged at any time for amounts owed under the rental agreement, such as damage, missing equipment, late fees, tolls or tickets. You sign a card authorization for this when you book.

What if I bring it back late?

Late returns are charged per hour.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Call or text 860-550-2021 and we will sort it out.

How do I pay?

By card online when you book, or cash at pickup. A card on file is required either way.

Do you deliver?

Yes. Delivery is $2.00 per mile from Wolcott. Choose delivery when you book and enter the address.
